Word Document Editor

Upload your .docx template, then click any paragraph. The Voice Editor slides up — press the mic, speak your changes, then hit ✔ Replace. Your edit is saved. Headings are detected automatically — clicking one adds content below it.

Adding Photos

In the Voice Editor panel, scroll to the Photos section. Add images, then click a heading in your document — the "Place All" button will appear with the heading name. Click it to insert all photos sequentially under that heading.

💡 Tip: You can also place photos individually using the 📍 Place button next to each image.

Excel Table Builder

Switch to the 📊 Excel Table tab to build data tables by voice. Define your columns, select the active column, press the mic and speak the value. Confirm and move to the next column. When your table is complete, download it as a .xlsx file.

💡 Tip: Press "↵ New Row" after filling all columns to start the next row.

Team & Review

Submit reports for review from the Editor tab. Attach supporting documents (PDF, images, etc.) — reviewers can download everything as a ZIP. Use the Roles tab to assign team members as Writers, Editors, or Reviewers. Rate reports using custom criteria you define.
